Die swaene has a fantastic canal view and is really close to the center of town. The staff made everything super easy at check-in. The wifi is free, and the swimming pool is such a lovely bonus, too.

Everything is 'simply' dreamlike. Absolutely recommendable... and then the city of Bruges as a jewel on the crown.

A fine stay characterized by a spacious and beautifully furnished room with an very nice view of the canal. The staff's really good warmth and willingness to assist. Navigating between separate areas of the hotel can be cumbersome, and reaching the breakfast area required a bit of a walk, less convenient, especially in colder weather. The room decor was quirky yet charming, though the unique bathroom layout posed minor inconveniences.

By the canal, a few minutes walk from the market and yet quietly situated. Attentive and excellent service with parking service. Very good champagne breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, muesli, various pieces of bread and cake, fish, sausage, cheese, orange juice, coffee. Very nice dishes. Friendly service, which also fulfils wishes. Hotel with personal service and assistance.

The staff were helpful, particularly in assisting us with our late-night dining needs and vegan options.
The air conditioning in our original room was ineffective on a very hot day, leading us to switch rooms late at night.

The location was great.
Unfortunately, the price is not reasonable. The room needs renovation and is not clean enough.

The hotel is super cozy and right next to the canal which was amazin for views! Staff were really friendly and helped us settle in without any hassle. Our beautiful double room was large and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pastries and plenty of options, and the indoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation. Such a lovely atmosphere overall!
however, the water pressure in the shower was really weak which was a bummer, and the beds were pretty soft and kept sliding apart which isn't great for couples.
